When the 2 months end, she moves to the Free plan on her own — no charge, nothing to cancel. She still answers your touch and follows you with her gaze, plus 10 minutes of voice and vision every day, and she remembers what you talked about.
Want more than 10 minutes a day? Standard is $10 USD/month or $100 USD/year — the same conversation, vision and memory, with the daily time limit removed.
Pro is $20 USD/month or $200 USD/year — the full lifeform. She notices, cares, speaks first, and reaches for her Skills unprompted.

Your Pophie comes with one charging dock. She's built to stay active on your desk, so we recommend keeping her docked for daily use — off the dock she runs for about 1 hour.
Many families love carrying her between rooms. An extra dock lets you set her down anywhere and charge automatically.
You can also charge her straight from a USB-C cable, but plugging and unplugging gets fiddly — with a dock you just set her down.
Shipping
Pophie ships free. Add any accessories to the same order and they ship free too — plush outfits, an extra charging dock, any quantity. They may arrive in a separate parcel from Pophie herself.
In stock and normally ships within 3 business days; delivery usually takes 6–12 days.
Nothing extra to pay on delivery — no customs fees, no import charges, anywhere we ship.
Returns & warranty
Returns — Not the right fit? Contact Pophie Support within 30 calendar days of delivery for a return authorization, then send Pophie back complete and in as-new condition — signed out, factory-reset, with the dock, cable, outfit and original packaging. Return shipping is on us; approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Warranty — Every Pophie has a 1-year limited warranty from delivery. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we repair, replace, or refund it at our cost — remote help first, a mail-in repair only if needed. Accidental damage, misuse, liquid, and normal wear are not covered.
