Pophie's eyes are two round displays, and they are the most expressive thing about her — she blinks, glances, dilates and follows you with them. A collection replaces the artwork behind that gaze, so the way she looks at you carries a whole new mood.

How it reaches her

Is anything shipped to me?+
No. Eye collections are digital and arrive on your Pophie over the internet, usually within a few minutes of payment. There is no shipping charge and nothing to unpack.
I don't have a Pophie yet — can I still buy this?+
Not on its own — a collection always goes to a specific Pophie. Add a Pophie to the same order and choose "A Pophie I'm buying now": the collection is held for her and lands the moment she is linked to your account. Buying it as a present? Choose "Someone else's Pophie" and enter her serial number instead.
How do I switch between designs?+
In the Pophie app, open her appearance settings and choose any design in the collection. She changes on the spot, and you can switch as often as you like.
Do I need a subscription?+
No. A collection is a one-time purchase and works on every plan, including the free one.
I have two Pophies — does one purchase cover both?+
No — a collection is tied to one Pophie, so two Pophies need two collections. Both already yours: buy the collection twice, choosing a different Pophie each time. Buying two Pophies in this order: add the collection once and the quantity follows your order automatically — one for each, nothing to add twice.
Can I use this with any plush outfit?+
Yes. Eyes and outfits are completely independent, so every collection works with every outfit she owns.
