Out-of-Warranty Repair Pricing
1. When this applies
The prices on this page apply to repairs that fall outside Pophie's one-year limited warranty — accidental damage, liquid damage, or a device that is simply past its warranty period.
If the problem turns out to be a manufacturing or quality defect within the warranty period, it is handled under the warranty instead and these prices do not apply.

2. Reference prices
Prices are shown in your local currency and cover parts and labour for the repair itself. Shipping is separate — see below.

3. How a repair works
- We diagnose first, then quote. The figures above are references. We confirm what actually needs repairing after we have examined the device, and we only begin work once you have approved the quote.
- More than one fault. If several things need attention, you get one quote covering all of them before anything is done.
- Shipping. For out-of-warranty repairs, you cover shipping both ways. Shipping for repairs under warranty follows the one-year limited warranty policy.
- Prices can change. These are reference figures and are reviewed from time to time.
- No regional repair centres yet. Devices are serviced centrally, so allow time for shipping in both directions.
