Quick Start Guide
1. Get ready
- Have Pophie, the charging dock, the charging cable, a 5V/3A or higher power adapter, and your phone ready.
- Make sure you know the name and password of the Wi-Fi network you want to use.
- Choose a stable, flat spot near your router.

You are ready when: everything is on hand. Next, connect Pophie to power.
2. Connect Pophie to power
- Use the cable to connect the charging dock to the power adapter, then plug it in.
- Make sure the metal contacts on the charging dock face up.
- Place Pophie correctly on the charging dock.

You are ready when: Pophie turns on automatically. Next, download and sign in to the App.
3. Download and sign in to the App
- Download the App from the App Store, Google Play, or the download page.
- Create an account or sign in, then allow the App to use Bluetooth.

You are ready when: you reach the App home screen. Next, add Pophie.
4. Add Pophie
- Keep Pophie powered on and placed on the charging dock. Turn on Bluetooth and keep your phone close to Pophie.
- In the App, tap “Add via Bluetooth”.
- Find Pophie’s Device ID, then tap “Connect”.

You are ready when: the network selection screen appears — the Bluetooth connection is complete.
5. Connect to Wi-Fi
- Select your Wi-Fi network and enter its password.
- Wait while the App configures the network, completes device linking, and connects to the server.

You are ready when: the App shows a green dot and “Online”, the sleep button shows “Sleep”, and the battery and Wi-Fi status appear. If setup fails, open Troubleshooting.
6. Say hello for the first time
- Face Pophie and say, “Pophie.”
- When she responds, say, “Hello, Pophie,” or ask a short question.

You are ready when: Pophie opens her eyes and answers — she is ready to interact.
7. Try a few simple interactions
- Gently pet Pophie.
- Say, “Pophie, sing a new song.”
- Ask Pophie to dance.
- Look at her and ask, “How are you feeling today?”



8. Learn about charging, sleep, and wake
- For everyday use, Pophie can stay on the charging dock.
- When you want her to rest, say, “Good night, Pophie,” or tap “Sleep” in the App.
- To wake her, say, “Pophie,” or gently pat her.


You are ready when: Pophie opens her eyes and responds — she is awake.
